I am looking to purchase a Tiller for my husband just a small garden tiller such as the Mantis what is the difference between a 2 cycle and a 4 cycle?

2 cycle means you mix oil with the gas. 4 cycle has a the oil and gas separate. you have to make the decision as to what it best.

    how much power do you need ??

    2 cycles are weaker engines – gas and oil mixed together by a formula – no oiling system – last anywhere from one year to 7 years with good care

    4 cycles are like a miniature car motor – gas and oil in different areas – regular oiling system – this tiller will last you much longer – with proper care it can be passed down to the next generation of gardener when you are no longer able to handle it
